Artist Biography

Hi, I’m Em. I am a mixed media artist. I work mainly through painting, illustraing and photography. Often combining all three to create colourful visual compositions. In my practice, I am particularly drawn to archetectural and natural spaces and how they can be transformed using colour and collage composition. My work often features vibrant blocks of colour alongside intricate archetectural details create composition that mix observation and abstraction. I am interested in how architecture and spaces can convey emotion and personal experiance and how I can communicate this in my work.
